The Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel) has just signed a cooperation agreement with China Mobile International (CMI), and officially become the first operator of Vietnam to participate in Hand-in-Hand program (hi-H).

Launched on July 14^th 2015, hi-H Program is a global partnership initiative run by CMI in the sectors of telecom service and application provision, telecom equipment production and new technology research. The program currently has the participation of 22 leading operators/groups in 16 regions / countries around the world including AT&T, NTT Docomo, KTF, Telstra, Vodafone Group, etc... and other well-known equipment / solution providers. Through this signing ceremony, Viettel officially became the 26^th member of the program. Participation in hi-H is an opportunity for operators not only to share development orientation, but also to tighten and enhance business cooperation relationship.

At the meeting, with the warmest greeting, Mr. Shen Weizhong - Director & Executive Vice President of China Mobile International Limitted said: ‘‘We would like to extend our warmest welcome to our newest hi-H Member and Vietnam’s largest telecom operator Viettel.
