Viettel is the only Vietnamese brand in the Global Top 500, valued at nearly 9 billion USD

According to the "Ranking of the Top 500 Most Valuable Brands in the World 2022" (GLOBAL 500 2022 RANKING), Viettel is at 227th position, up 99 places compared to the previous year.

On February 7, Viettel Group said that it had just been valued at $8,758 billion by Brand Finance - the world's leading brand valuation company (an increase of $2,697 billion, nearly 45% compared to 2021).

In the "Ranking of Top 500 most valuable brands in the world 2022" (Global 500), Viettel ranked at 227, up 99 places compared to the previous year. Viettel is also the only Vietnamese enterprise with a brand name in the top 500 globally.

Apple is the most positive value of trade, valued at $355 billion. Followed by Amazon and Google.

Also according to this ranking, the top 3 telecommunications brands in the world are Verizon, Deutsche Telekom, and AT&T. Viettel at position 18 and is a good leader of the best brand.

Viettel continues to maintain the No. 1 position in telecommunications brand in Southeast Asia and in the top 3 most valuable brands in the region.

Also according to Brand Finance's announcement, Viettel's formar president and general director – Mr. Le Dang Dung are ranked 130th among the world's top 250 CEOs in terms of brands. Mr. Le Dang Dung is the only CEO of Southeast Asia present in the ranking. In the field of telecommunications, Mr. Dung ranked 4th.

This is the first year that Brand Finance has expanded the concept of the number of brand guardianships (Brand Guardianship Index). The rating agency receives those who are building solid corporate value, by balancing the needs of all stakeholders (employees, investors, and society).
