Viettel renovates customer services

This year, the Viettel Privilege program run by the Vietnam Military-run telecommunications group Viettel, would continue developing with innovated features.

Aviation, resorts, health care and education promotions are available for Gold and Diamond cardholders, while honorable Viettel Privilege members (who activated their services many years ago) are being invited to joint the program.

Besides, advanced services like military semester, check-up, educational discount… have been ready for relatives of the cardholders.

Viettel’s 5 call centers around Vietnam now can serve at least 3 million calls per day.

Mr Phung Van Cuong, Vice Director of Viettel Telecom Company said in Hanoi on June 2nd that the Company has also built a gift bank which demonstrates the individualism, flexibility and personal hobbies for customer’s choices during holidays or birthday, thus hoping to reinforce their trust.

After 15 years doing business in Vietnam, Viettel has so far built a network of 1,000 Viettel stores shops across the nation, employing many thousands of staff, reaching to village level.

Five 24/24 hours customer centers in Hanoi, Hai Phong city, Da Nang city, Ho Chi Minh city and Thai Nguyen province, are able to serve over 3 million calls each day./.
