On the first day of launch, the 4G network has reached to all 13 cities and provinces of Timor Lester with high speed and good serving 4G for all Timoreses.

Telemor is the first operator in using 4G devices developed by itself on the world.

Previously, 4G networks in other countries of Viettel have also launched with stable quality and wide coverage. In Vietnam, Viettel has installed 36,000 BTS covering 95% of the population, becoming the first network in the world to have 4G coverage nationwide as soon as the service launched. In Peru, Bitel - Viettel's brand has become the largest 4G network covering Peru with 5,000 residential centers through 3,000 stations by early investment in 4G network. In the first 6 months only, the number of Bitel subscribers has increased five times, bringing the total number of Bitel customers to over 2 million customers in nationwide.

Viettel has been traded 4G services in the previous six countries (Cambodia, Laos, Burundi, Peru, Haiti and Vietnam) and East Timor is a more special market as it is the first time Viettel to officially launch its 4G network. Although, Viettel has just engaged in the field of research and production of telecommunications equipment, the enterprise has gradually replaced the core equipment that manufactured by them.
The telecom companies regularly buy equipment from foreign suppliers, however, there are only five major manufacturers in the world this time. Therefore, in some markets Viettel invested, telecom companies are more likely to fall into higher costs and create favorable conditions for suppliers to impose high standards and prices. Therefore, Viettel has actively researched to produce telecommunication equipment for themselves, ensuring supply to all its companies in 11 countries. This not only helps Viettel take the initiative in exploiting the infrastructure, creating its own uniqueness but also control the problem of information security and safety.
These studies also contribute to the foundation of defense industry with the imprint of Vietnam in the world. The launching of 4G Telemor and running business in East Timor is the first step to meet the desire to "use Vietnamese goods" of the Vietnamese in general and Vietnam telecommunications companies in particular.
