On the occasion of 29^th SEA Games 2017, Viettel is offering roaming services with the highest promotions, discounting up to 99% for all roaming services when roaming to Malaysia. In particular, the data service fee has the highest discount (99%), voice roaming service includes calling and calls receiving are reduced 80%, while SMS rate falls 65%.

Viettel’s customers will be entitled to use Roaming service at preferential rates when coming to Malaysia on this occasion.

In addition to the superior coverage, reasonable rates, roaming on Viettel’s sub- brands when travel to Viettel’s invested countries, subscribes also enjoy attractive roaming tariffs. Especially, from January 1^st 2017, Viettel has begun to apply the new international roaming rates policy among the Indochina countries, which is nearly equivalent to the domestic charges. With this policy, data roaming charge has been reduced 160 times, voice calls rate has dropped more than 13 times, message rate has decreased 10 times. Moreover, in order to meet the high demand of customers during summer vacation, Viettel also intensely reduces roaming prices for customers travelling to Japan – South Korea – Australia from June 15^th to September 15^th 2017. The results indicate an increase in number of subscribers and service usage compared to the previous seasons.
