1. Check the Roaming rates easily

As soon as customers activate roaming service and present in destination country, Viettel will determine their location and immediately send a welcome message including roaming rates in the country. In addition, customers can also proactively check the Roaming rates of any other countries in a convenient way on Viettel’s website or using Viettel Roaming Application.

2. Provide information on temporarily calculated roaming charges when using the service

In general, roaming charges are regularly rather high, in order to protect customers from unwanted charges, the system will automatically send a notification message of temporary calculated used Data traffic when Data usage achieves 10MB and repeat this message for each additional 10MB.

The system also automatically sends a notification messages of daily provisional calculated charge to customer using roaming service to help them control their consumption.
